A commercial company is every business with the intent to make profit (now or in future). Every way of using the software inside a commercial company is considered as "commercial use", notwithstanding that it may not directly generate revenues. Permanent commercial use requires a one-time license purchase. Everything else is illegal, according to the use conditions accepted during installation of the software. Commercial use for a limited period of time is free, as it is not considered as permanent use.This limit is contained within in the software, depending on use volume. Non-commercial use is free forever without limitations.
